Steps

  1. Fetch

    Throw the toy and cue fetch

  2. Take It

    Dog picks up the toy cleanly

  3. Drop It

    Dog returns and drops on cue. The next throw is the reward

Tips

  • Keep sessions to 10-15 throws, not 50
  • The next throw is the reward for dropping, so no treat is needed once this clicks
  • End while the dog still wants more
