   Start with a solid sit

   Cue leave it as you place the treat on the nose

   Balance Treat

   Dog holds the treat balanced. Build to 10+ seconds

   Catch

   Release. Dog flips the treat and catches it mid-air

Tips

• Use flat treats that sit on the nose without rolling
• The flip-and-catch is the reward, so no separate treat is needed
• If the treat falls, pick it up. Only caught treats count
